8 Tips to look Taller and Slimmer!

Today I’m gonna be sharing with you eight tips and tricks on how to look taller and slimmer than you actually are. Hope you enjoy reading this post and find it helpful.

So without any further ado, let’s get started.

# Add Vertical Stripes

Choose long, vertical stripes instead of horizontal ones if you want to look taller and slimmer. Vertical Stripes will help you look longer and leaner while horizontal lines will make you look thicker and shorter. It elongates your figure by drawing the eye up and down instead of sideways and thereby gives an illusion of lengthened height and lean waist.

# Choose High-waisted Styles

High waisted jeans or pant is one of my favourite and are instant body transformers because it accentuates your body in such a sexy way and gives you an illusion of longer legs and shorter torso and also highlight smallest part of your waist. It elongates your entire body and gives a very neat and clean finish overall.

# Look for Lower Neckline

Choose a V-neck, a scoop neck or a off shoulder tops instead of round neck when you are looking to create an elongating and slimming effect. It gives an illusion of longer neck. It takes away attention from the broad shoulder and instead draws attentions to the collarbones to get that sexy look.

# Wear Pointed Nude Heels

Nude heels always give a slimming effect to the legs and are a must have. It is one of the best tricks to look tall and slim and you should always invest in nude heels, importantly pointed toe rather than those with a round toe. It adds extra lengths to your feet, thereby creates an illusion of longer, leaner legs and works well with every outfit combination.

# Go for Shorter Hemline

My most favourite hack to help make you look taller and your legs look longer is to go for shorter hemlines. It can do wonders for your ‘visual’ height. Something that cuts off approximately four to five inches above the knee will make your legs look longer.

# Tie Your Hair Up

One of the best way is to change your hairstyles that can help you gain a few inches. Short hair makes you look taller but even if you have long hair, adding a top knot or a high ponytail will make your neck look longer and therefore gives an overall lengthening effect to your body and gives that extra needed height.

# Wear Cropped Tops

Another tip I would be talk about is to wear cropped top. It gives the illusion that your natural waist site a little higher than it does, especially when paired with high waisted bottoms. This makes you look longer.

# Tuck Your Tops In

Last is to tuck your top into jeans, pants or skirt rather than letting your tops hang over your bottoms. This will make your torso look shorter and your legs look longer, which will give the illusion of height.

That’s it for today guys. I hope you enjoy reading this post and find it helpful.๐Ÿ™‚
