Style Tips & Tricks for MEN!

You all want to dress well but not sure where to start, right! Well, these simple style tips and tricks for guys will help you step up your casual wear.

Let’s begin…

# Iron Your Clothes

Clothes are an investment and says a lot about you. Take care of your clothes with proper Ironing. It may take up a little extra time but I think you shouldn’t ignore this because wrinkled shirts will make you look messy. Ironing your clothes will make you look presentable, more polished and feel good about yourself. So make sure to wear nice crisp ironed clothes and just make an impression.

# Invest In A Watch

A classic watch that goes with any outfit can elevate a look instantly. So I believe in spending good money for a quality watch that can last years. It’s effortless fashion statement which definitely gives you more polished look. They make you look smart, confident and stylish at the same time. It’s always worth spending in a good quality watch and you should never forget to wear a watch before stepping out.

# Level Up Your Footwear

If It’s one thing that anyone will notice, it’s your shoes. So, pay as much attention as you pay to your face. A good pair of sneakers goes well with your casual outfit where as formal shoes look more sophisticated when your are wearing it with blazer or tuxedo. So choose your shoes wisely. One advice I would like to give is to not wear sport shoes to everywhere, they are made for running or for gym. So please stop doing that. Wear casual shoes like loafers, sneakers or even boots. Trust me, you will look much better in them and also make sure to clean your shoes regularly.

# Say No To Graphics

Say no to graphic for the days you want to look chic and more polished. Wearing T-shirts with lots of graphic and baggy jeans don’t make you smart at all. I’m not opposed to graphic T-shirts as a wardrobe capsule but when you go for plain or striped tees with cool jeans and chinos, It makes you look 10 times more mature and sophisticated as compared to graphic tees. But please know that this is my personal taste, You can do what you like.

# Choose Your Pants Wisely

Wearing jeans is a great option, but I think they all look same. You can add different variety to your wardrobe by adding a pair of chinos. I agree that any shirt or a t-shirt could be pulled off with jeans but they look completely different when they worn with chinos. Just make sure they should fit you properly and carry it with confidence.

# Add Sunglass

In order to adding charm to your outfit, sunglasses work best. Not only do they protect your eyes from direct rays but a great pair of shades make you look fashionable in a way no accessory can. Buy 3-4 pair of shades and you will end up needing them as you vary look. So, It’s a must have for any men out there.

# Don’t Shy Away From Colors

I know a lot of you always end up buying neutral color (Navy, grey, black etc) shirts or T-shirts. You guys are unjustly scared of trying different color but let me tell you that you can definitely try colorful pastel and trust me, you will look super smart in that also. Wheather it’s a casual wear or formal wear, get into a bit of color.

# Invest In A Nice Bag

Investing in a nice everyday bag is important for any gentleman. It’s something you carry everyday, It says a lot about who you are, how you dress. It can really say something about your personality. You should always invest in a nice structured bag, whether it’s a bag pack or a messenger bag or a briefcase. I would recommend you to carry a messenger bag as it looks more classy.

# Own A Well Fitted Suit

A suit, like no other item of clothing, communicates style and sophistication. Every man should have atleast one pair of well fitted suit. The key to a good looking suit is its fit. Earlier, It was a trend that people wait for more formal occassions to wear a suit but now you don’t have to do that. You can wear it when you want to express your personality. Make sure the suit is a neutral color such as black, navy blue or grey, so that you can wear it on various occasions.

# Stick To The Classics

Any men’s shirt can be made to look expensive if it’s ironed well. You should definitely have atleast these four color in your wardrobe- White, Black, Light blue and Royal blue. Just take of the details like stiff collar, fit of the sleeves as it would give you clean, crisp and polished look. And also prefer slim-fit shirts over regular-fit shirts.

# Keep Yourself Well-groomed

Grooming is very important when you want to look polished. Make sure to clean your hair, cut your nails, have a beard, trimmed and maintained. Go the the salon once in a month or twice and get a nice haircut. Now lets come to the nail, your nails should be taken care of as they are the one of the important things to notice in you. Lastly beards, maintain it regularly, take time to trim it. It’ll give you sharp look. And if you are beardless or have small patches of beard, don’t be ashamed because the most sophisticated look is Clean Shaven Look.
