So, have a look and prepare your fall outfits, which is not just going to be high-fashion but also comfortable.

So, let’s get started!

1. Turtlenecks

The first most important essential is a turtleneck. A good turtle neck top which can keep you warm is a must-have for the fall season. You can style them in so many ways. It can be paired up with jeans, trousers, skirts, and you can also pair it with sarees as a blouse or layer it under your coats, jackets and dresses as well. In short, it can be used for creating both casual and formal outfits. So, make sure to invest in that and get them in 3-4 colors. If you don’t want to invest more, buy at least two colors black and white, It will help you create multiple outfits.

2. Thermals

Next fall essential I would like to talk about is thermal. Like turtlenecks, thermals are also very important for the fall season. You must be thinking that wearing it won’t make you look smart, then why am I saying that it’s important. I tell you 2 reasons for that!! Firstly, because if you wear it underneath anything, it will keep you warm all day. Secondly, if it’s light cold, and you are wearing some stylish tops, dress or anything, but on top of that, you don’t want to wear anything, you can wear these underneath your tops and dresses. You would look stylish and won’t even get died of cold. So, must keep 1-2 thermals.

3. Oversized Sweaters

Gone are the days of fitted sweaters, cozy oversized sweater is the trend of the hour. It keeps you warm, makes you feel comfortable and above all, it allows you to create awesome outfits for falls. You can pair it with any kind of bottoms like pants, skirts, jeans, or layer them under a jumpsuit and cardigans, it looks super stylish. Varieties of sweaters are available online, you can buy them according to your preferences. Here’s one tip I would like to share with you and that is when you are wearing an oversized sweater, look for the bottom pieces that are fitted, to frame your body in a good way.

4. Biker Jackets

It’s a wardrobe essential for the fall season and how is that possible that we don’t talk about jackets. A good jacket is a perfect way to tie the outfit together. Whether you layer it over sweaters, tops, or pair it with jeans, skirts, trousers, it instantly uplifts your outfits and makes you look chic and stylish. These jackets not only look stylish, but they are ultra-warm and comfortable. So, make sure to buy one for yourself. Although they’re pricey, their versatility is guaranteed to pay off. If you’re willing and able to invest in one, you won’t regret it, it will last long for at least 5 years.

5. Trench Coats

After jackets, try investing in at least one trench coat. It looks dashing. It’s a classic fall essential that never goes out of style. You can wear them year after year. This one-piece is more than enough to uplift any of your basic outfits. Whether you’re wearing a basic jeans t-shirt or an LBD, just throw a trench coat over it, your simple outfit will get transformed in just a few seconds. So, if you haven’t bought it yet, please go and buy a good camel colored trench coat which falls below your knee and you can thank me later.

6. Skinny Jeans

Now, let’s move on to bottom wear for the fall season. A good pair of skinny jeans is a must-have for the fall season. There are so many gorgeous ways to style denim during fall, so must stock up a few pair of denim. I would suggest you have at least 3 colors of denim and that is black, blue and white, and buy one pair of jeans of the knee ripped version, it looks very cool when you pair it with baggy sweaters or coats or even jackets. I prefer skinnies over straight fit jeans because it keeps me warmer more in comparison to straight fit jeans.

7. Wide-Leg Pants

The next bottom that I would like to talk about is wide-leg pants. After jeans, If I prefer any bottom during fall is a wide leg pant but to keep my leg warm I wear a thermal underneath. Wide leg trousers come in different styles, so choose the one that looks best on your body type but make sure to get the high-waisted ones as they are more versatile and they will make you look taller. I would suggest you buy in color black and brown. These two colors would be enough to create multiple outfits in the fall season.

8. Black Leggings

If you love wearing your summer skirts or dresses but avoid wearing thinking that you would feel cold in the legs, I got you covered. Wear black leggings with your short skirt and dresses, it will keep your legs warm and looks stylish as well. I think this is a very smart way if you want to re-wear your summer skirts and dresses. Other than this, It also looks cool when your pair it with loose chunky hoodies and boots.

9. Scarves

We are done with all the tops and bottoms for the fall season, now let’s talk about some accessories essentials. A nice scarf and stole are a must-have when we talk about fall. This can instantly add oomph to your basic outfit. You can just wrap a scarf stylishly around your neck or you can fold the stole/shawl multiple times, bring it around your neck, and just belt it up. Scarves are an accessory to play around with. Experiment with different styles for your scarf, there are endless variations when it comes to this versatile accessory.

10. Woolen Caps

Woolen caps have become a sensational fashion piece in fall. Apart from giving a stylish look, they keep you cozy and warm. There are varieties of caps available online at reasonable prices, you can buy one or two which suits your style and taste. I love wearing caps in the fall/winter season and I love the super cute stylish look they give.

11. Belts

If I have to pick one accessory for fall, it would be a belt. It’s is very helpful to tie your outfit together. If you are wearing an oversized sweater with skinnies, and you want to give some shape some to your body, a belt plays an important role there. It helps in uplifting your outfits. So, don’t overlook the belt—the right one can be a game-changing styling tool.

12. Handbag

Don’t forget to carry a bag when you step outside. It doesn’t just make you look more put together but also important for carrying some important stuff. Also, because it’s fall, you might have to carry your caps, gloves or just an extra warmer. It often happens that we don’t feel cold when we step out of the house but later we start feeling cold. In that case, we can carry a sweater or a jacket in a bag. So, It would be better if you carry along with you.

13. Socks

If you prefer wearing loafers during the fall, you have to invest in a good pair of socks that help you to keep your feet warm because loafers don’t cover your whole feet. So, you should wear socks with them to avoid cold. Black or white socks would work better with your black loafers, so make sure to buy them.

14. Footwear

After all these things, we are onto our last essential and that is footwear for the fall. A good pair of boots or sneakers that are comfortable and can keep your feet warm is very important during fall. So, must invest in good footwear even if they are expensive. I would suggest you have three pairs of footwear for the fall. White sneakers, black loafers and nude color boots. These three pairs of footwear would be enough for all your winter outfits from ethnic wear to western wear.
